How to Get the Most Out of Your Workout With noteCBD 🍯

We’re by no means experts on workout routines, but we are wellness experts, and today we have the perfect combination of 🍯 and 🏋️‍♀️ to start your day.

Complimenting any workout with noteCBD can help improve your focus and ease recovery. CBD has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. By taking a dropper of noteCBD tincture before your workout and applying Muscle Recovery after, do you decrease the chance of pain and soreness, but you maintain your focus and energy throughout and after your workout.

Here’s one of our favorite ways to incorporate noteCBD into our routines:

Before you start the workout below, grab your favorite tincture and take a full dropper. Then start stretching. Check out last week’s post on that 😉

Your routine doesn’t have to be complex, and you don’t need anything but your body to get a body workout. You can do something as simple as 3 sets of each of these:

Push-ups: Start with doing as many push-ups as you can in the span of 60 seconds. Don’t try to go fast, stay at a steady pace that will allow you to be consistent throughout the 60 seconds.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Do 20  jumping jacks.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Plank: Hold the plank position for 60 seconds.

Rest for 15 seconds.

noteCBD Wellness Wednesday squats

Squats:Keeping your back straight, do as many squats as you can in 6 seconds. Go at your pace and stay consistent throughout the 60 seconds.

Rest for 15 seconds.

Do 40crunches.

 

Rest for 15 seconds.

Do 45calf raisings or as many as you can do in 60 seconds.

 

Rest for 10 seconds.

BONUS: If you have a jump rope, you can add a set for a little extra cardio. Jump for 60 seconds.

Rest for 20 seconds.

Repeat the entire set two more times.

Finally, don’t forget to stretch again. Once done, apply Muscle Recovery directly to your 💪 and massage.
